A bit about me…
I’m a UX Researcher based in Toronto with a background in Psychology, Education, and a Master’s in UX Design. I specialize in uncovering user insights to drive research-backed product decisions.
Before life as a UX Researcher, I worked as a Special Education Teacher and Behavior Therapist, where I honed skills in observation, empathy, and inclusive design. These roles shaped my ability to deeply understand user needs from diverse perspectives.
I use both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping, to inform product strategy. I'm especially drawn to complex systems where research can improve user satisfaction and efficiency.
My teaching experience in Dubai strengthened my cross-cultural communication, coordination, and facilitation skills. I bring these skills to my role at IBM. I spend a lot of time collaborating with global teams across India, Dublin, and the U.S., working closely with designers and Product managers to align research goals and deliver actionable insights.
