Feedback from my colleagues
“Ofunne, thanks so much for all the work you are doing for our ALM Product Ops work stream. Your work is directly contributing to improve how ALM teams (Dev, PMs and Design) work together. You really went above and beyond with developing and re-writing the Maturity Assessment within very short timelines, for us to be able to playback to our sponsors executive team, demonstrating great ownership mentality and execution skills. I hope you can get back the personal time you put into it during the weekend (and I am sorry about that) and I am looking forward for you continue working on this project, helping us to tackle gaps, inefficiencies and streamlining how we operate across all our ALM functions.”

“Thank you for your awesome work on the first phase of CBM research. I learned a ton and it directly informs our design strategy work. Also, thank you SO much for spending time giving super helpful feedback on our APM Design POV presentation. Your suggestions led to huge improvements that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I hope we get to work together more. :).”
